+ Where is From Scratch located and where do I pick up my orders?

From Scratch is located in Revere MA at 44 Kilburn Street. This is where all of your orders can be picked up at a scheduled date and time.

+ When should I place my orders?

All orders for baked goods should be placed at min 3 days prior to pick up. for custom cakes, all orders need to be placed at min 10 days prior to pick up.

+ What can I get at From Scratch?

We offer lots of assorted treats from brownies and cookies, to French macarons and cheesecakes. we also offer custom design cakes for all occasions. Our menu and offerings will always be updated and changed seasonally, so make sure to check back often for new treats and even some non-baked items for sale to complement our baked goods!

+ Do you deliver?

At this time we do not deliver. We are hoping that as we grow this is a service we could offer, so make sure to let us know if this is a service you would want to pay for in the future and see as an option.

+ Do you take special requests for cake flavors or other baked items?

We do! We are always looking to make new things or to try out new flavors. If you have something in mind, just ask! We'll always try and accommodate when able.

+ Do you use fondant on your cakes?

We don't. We're not big fans of the flavor of fondant and don't like using it when most people peel it off and throw it away. Buttercream is our go-to medium for cakes and it tastes great and doesn't end up in the barrel!

+ Do you do bulk discount?

For large orders for party platters or large orders of multiple items we will work out special pricing on a case by case request. If you need dessert for a large group of people we are happy to work with you! Contact us today.
