Refund policy.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your From Scratch desserts, please let us know about the problem within 24 hours and then return the uneaten portion of your dessert to us within 2 business days of receipt of your product. Partial refunds and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to have you leave happy. If we have made a genuine mistake (the product was not made correctly), we will certainly make it right. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference. Most people love our flavors, but it's impossible to predict everyone's particular taste preferences. If something has gone wrong, please let us know right away! 

*We must receive the baked good back in order for a refund to be received via store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. 

Cancellation Policy:

From Scratch requires a 48 hour notice to cancel an order. A 75% refund will be given and refunded to the credit card used or put on a gift card for in-store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. From Scratch retains 25% of the order price for transaction fees in processing orders and refunds, ingredients ordered and prep-work done for orders placed. Failure to receive a 48 hour notice for cancellation will result in no refund given. The 48 hour notice is from the TIME AND DAY of pick-up requested. This does not include cakes. (See Cake Policy below).

Product that is not picked up at the day and time customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit. 

Cake Policy:

All cakes must be cancelled one week in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after 1 week will only receive 50% of the refund. Failure to cancel within a min of 48 hours of cake pick-up date and time will result in no refund given. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. Only store credit. We are not responsible for any damage done to cakes that leave our bakery when we are not delivering them.
